With tart and citrus fruits such as oranges, grapefruit, and kiwi; adding chia seeds and nuts (or seeds) gives you a good does of fiber, plant-based protein, and healthy omega-3 fats to balance out some of the sugars. Plus, it will keep you feeling fuller longer so you can enjoy your summer basking in the sun and taking a small break from daily naughty ice cream ;).
