Roya is a multi-dimensional person with a passion for food and all things creative. A graphic design professional for over 15 years, her interest in the culinary field led her to make a career shift in 2014 as she went on to train as a chef at Dubai’s School of Culinary and Finishing Arts, and NYC’s Natural Gourmet Institute.
Now as a food creative, she helps F&B brands bring their vision to life. By leveraging both her culinary background and eye for creativity, she’s able to develop deliciously unique recipes, create content, provide design direction, photograph and style food for a tasty living.
Her experimental nature with ingredients, flavour profiles, and love for doing things differently has allowed her to work with various regional and international brands, and has earned her a couple of awards and trips along the way.
Gentle in her nature, she loves to connect like-minded people together, share her knowledge, and teach those looking for some help either in the kitchen or behind the lens. With an eagerness to learn and grow, she’s currently training to be a specialist in plant-based cuisine with an emphasis on vegan desserts and cheeses.
